# How to view trial-based orders in TryBee?

### Try Orders – Managing Trial-Based Orders

All orders placed through the **Try Before You Buy** model are automatically recorded within the **Try Orders** tab inside the **TryBee dashboard.** This centralized view enables merchants to efficiently **monitor, manage,** and take action on all **active** and completed **trial orders.**

#### Accessing Try Orders

To view **trial-based orders:**

1. Navigate to **TryBee – Try Before You Buy** within your Shopify admin.
2. Click on the **Try Orders** tab from the left-hand menu.

Here, you will find a structured list of all **trial orders categorized** by status, including: **All, Pending, Captured, Overdue**

If a customer has **not completed payment** and in the **trial period,** the order will appear under the **Overdue** section for immediate attention.

#### Viewing Order Details

Each order is listed with essential information such as: **Order number, Customer name, Due date, Payment status, Order amount, Creation date**. To review complete order details, simply **click** on the **Order Number**. This will open a detailed view displaying:

* Trial status and remaining days
* Trial end date
* Items kept by the customer
* Individual product pricing
* Customer information
* Order Summary
* Trail Details&#x20;
* Payment Information

This detailed breakdown ensures **full transparency** into the customer's trial activity and purchase intent.

#### Payment Capture Process

Payment handling is designed to be flexible and automated:

* **Automatic Capture:**\
  Once the **trial period ends**, payment is **automatically captured** for the items the customer chooses to keep.
* **Manual Capture (On-Demand):**\
  Merchants can **proactively collect payment** at any time by clicking the **Capture Payment** button within the order details page. This provides greater **operational control** when required.

Once payment is captured:

* The customer receives a **confirmation email.**
* The **payment** is successfully **processed.**
* The **order status updates** accordingly within the dashboard.

#### Viewing Orders in Shopify

For additional reference or **advanced order management**, merchants can click **View in Shopify** directly from the **order details page**. This redirects to the native **Shopify order view**, allowing access to **Shopify’s built-in order** management tools and records.
